The picture shows the operating principles of the SDS-i semi-mobile.

The heavy fraction

The heavy fraction falls down in front of the splitter drum.

The light fraction

The light fraction is aspirated over the splitter drum and will be separated from the air in the expansion room.

SDS-i flexibility transport

The fully-assembled unit fits in a semi-trailer or in a 40' HC container.

SDS-i test unit and test center

Curious? We have a fully operational SDS-i test unit which can prove the separation efficiency on your site with your waste input. We also have a test center in our factory to experiment and test with different materials.
